fa کاربرد هوش مصنوعی در هنر معاصر با ارائه چارچوب اخلاقی هفت‌مرحله‌ای برای خلق هنری دیجیتال The Application of Artificial Intelligence in Contemporary Art: Introducing a Seven-Stage Ethical Framework for Digital Artistic Creation ساير ساير پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;">در سال‌های اخیر، هوش مصنوعی با ورود گسترده به حوزه هنر معاصر، مرزهای سنتی میان خلاقیت انسانی و تولید ماشینی را با چالش‌های عمیق نظری و اخلاقی مواجه کرده است. مقاله حاضر با رویکردی میان‌رشته‌ای و انتقادی، ابتدا به تبیین مفاهیم بنیادینی همچون اصالت اثر، قصد مؤلف، شفافیت الگوریتمی و مسئولیت اخلاقی در زمینه هنر دیجیتال می‌پردازد و سپس با بررسی نمونه‌های موردی مطرح (NTOO، Beatles: Now and Then، Next Rembrand و Lil Miquela) نقش‌های سه‌گانه هوش مصنوعی را در تولید هنری شامل «ابزار تولید»، «همکار خلاق» و «خالق مستقل» تحلیل می‌کند. نوآوری اصلی مطالعه، ارائه یک مدل اخلاقی هفت‌مرحله‌ای تحت عنوان AI Art Ethics Pathway است که به‌عنوان چارچوبی عملیاتی برای ارزیابی و هدایت تولیدات هنری مبتنی بر هوش مصنوعی طراحی شده است. این مدل، با تلفیق تحلیل نظری، بررسی موردی و استنتاج مفهومی، ابعاد اخلاقی خلق دیجیتال را از مرحله تعیین نیت هنری تا مسئولیت‌پذیری نهایی کاربر پوشش می‌دهد. یافته‌های پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که کاربست هوش مصنوعی در هنر نه مسئله‌ای صرفاً تکنیکی، بلکه موضوعی با پیامدهای حقوقی، اجتماعی، فرهنگی و هویتی است که نیازمند سیاست‌گذاری مسئولانه و ارتقای سواد داده‌ای در میان هنرمندان و نهادهای فرهنگی است. در پایان، مسیرهایی برای توسعه مدل پیشنهادی در بستر رسانه‌های دیگر و پیشنهاداتی برای تحقیقات آتی ارائه شده است.</div> In recent years, artificial intelligence, with its widespread entry into the field of contemporary art, has confronted the traditional boundaries between human creativity and machine production with profound theoretical and ethical challenges. With an interdisciplinary and critical approach, this article first explains fundamental concepts such as originality of the work, authorial intent, algorithmic transparency, and ethical responsibility in the field of digital art, and then analyzes the three roles of artificial intelligence in artistic production, including “production tool,” “creative collaborator,” and “independent creator,” by examining prominent case studies (NTOO, Beatles: Now and Then, Next Rembrandt, and Lil Miquela). The main innovation of the study is the presentation of a seven-step ethical model called the AI Art Ethics Pathway, which is designed as an operational framework for evaluating and guiding artistic productions based on artificial intelligence. By combining theoretical analysis, case study, and conceptual inference, this model covers the ethical dimensions of digital creation from the stage of determining artistic intent to the ultimate responsibility of the user. The research findings show that the application of AI in art is not a purely technical issue, but rather an issue with legal, social, cultural, and identity implications that requires responsible policymaking and the promotion of data literacy among artists and cultural institutions.
