fa طراحی الگوی رشد و توسعه موزه‌ها، مبتنی بر مؤلفه‌های کارآفرینی فرهنگی Designing a Model for the Growth and Development of Museums based on Cultural Entrepreneurship Components ساير ساير پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;">در عصر حاضر، موزه‌ها در جهان یکی از شاخصه‌های مهم در توسعه کشورها محسوب می‌شوند، ولی بروز مسائلی چون عدم خلاقیت لازم در ارائه و نمایش مجموعه‌ها، عدم توسعه، پایین بودن سطح کیفیت تجارب بازدیدکننده و همچنین عدم خدمات جدید، سبب قطع ارتباط مؤثرشان با بافت اجتماعی پیرامون شده و اغلب‌ موزه‌ها را با بحران مخاطب و یکنواختی فضا مواجه کرده است؛ بنابراین ضرورت ایجاب می‌کند تا مدیران موزه، برای رفع چنین چالش‌هایی و بهبود وضعیت موجود و همچنین رشد و توسعه موزه‌ها، به‌دنبال ارائه الگویی باشند تا با بهره‌گیری از استراتژی‌های کارآفرینی، باعث ایجاد یک اکوسیستم کارآفرین شده و نگرشی نو به مخاطبان خود از موزه و کارآفرینی دهند و نیز تعاملی کاربردی بین موزه، جامعه و بازدیدکنندگان برقرار کنند. پژوهش حاضر کیفی و از نظر هدف، توسعه‌ای ـ کاربردی و به روش کیفی انجام شده است. داده‌ها به‌صورت کتابخانه‌ای و میدانی گردآوری شده‌اند. جامعه هدف شامل: متخصصان سازمان‌های فرهنگی و هنری، ازجمله موزه‌ها هستند که با روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند، مصاحبه‌های عمیق با دوازده نفر از کارشناسان موزه و مرمت، فعالان فرهنگی و کارآفرینان انجام شده است. نتایج حاصل از پژوهش نشان داد، مقوله محوری برای ایجاد موزه کارآفرین با رویکرد فرهنگی، گرایش کارآفرینانه فرهنگی است که ناشی از شرایط علی، شامل نگرش کارآفرینانه، مدیریت نوآورانه، خودباوری و نگاه موافق مدیریت با تغییرات است و براساس راهبردهای کارآفرینانه فرهنگی و خدمات جدید، به خلق ارزش‌های جدید موزه‌ای می‌انجامد. همچنین، شرایط زمینه‌ای شامل مشوق‌های دولتی، قوانین حمایتی و تسهیل‌کننده، توسعه ارتباطات بین‌الملل، حمایت مراکز فرهنگی و رسانه‌ای می‌شود و شرایط مداخله‌گر شامل آگاه‌سازی در سطح خرد و کلان، آموزش و توانمندسازی منابع انسانی، جو کارآفرینانه، فرایندهای کاری روان و چابک و شبکه‌سازی با موزه‌های برتر است.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;">In today’s world, museums are recognized as significant indicators of a country’s development. However, issues such as the lack of creativity in presenting and displaying collections, underdevelopment, low-quality visitors’ experiences, and a dearth of innovative services have hindered their effective integration with society. Consequently, many museums are grappling with declining audiences and stagnant spaces. It is imperative for museum managers to provide a model to use entrepreneurial strategies to create an entrepreneurial ecosystem and a new attitude towards museum and entrepreneurship audiences; and also establish a practical interaction between the community museum and the visitors in order to address these challenges and enhance the current state of affairs, as well as to foster growth and development in museums. The present research is qualitative with a developmental-applicative purpose and has been carried out using a qualitative method. Data was gathered from both library research and fieldwork. The target community includes experts from cultural and artistic organizations, including museums, which have been conducted with the purposeful sampling method, in-depth interviews with twelve museum experts and cultural activists and entrepreneurs. The findings revealed that fostering a cultural entrepreneurial mindset is pivotal for creating a museum that embraces entrepreneurship. This mindset is influenced by factors such as an entrepreneurial attitude, innovative management, self-confidence, and a willingness to embrace change. Moreover, background conditions include government incentives, supportive and facilitating laws, improvement of international communications, and the support of cultural and media centers.
