fa بررسی وضعیت صنعت قالی‌بافی در بخش چترود از دیدگاه قالی‌بافان Investigating the Situation of the Carpet Weaving Industry in Chetroud from the Point of View of Carpet Weavers جامعه شناسی و هنر جامعه شناسی و هنر پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;">فرش دست‌باف به‌عنوان یک هنر دیرینه ایرانی و همچنین یک کسب‌وکار خانگی، همواره مورد توجه و منبع درآمد بسیاری از خانواده‌ها بوده است. بیشتر بافندگان فرش در روستاها زندگی می‌کنند و فرش‌بافی به‌عنوان یکی از صنایع کوچک، ‌‌می‌تواند نقش کلیدی در توسعه روستاها ایفا کند. این پژوهش درصدد پاسخگویی به این سؤال است که وضعیت فرش دست‌باف در بخش چترود چگونه است و متغیرهای اقتصادی، فرهنگی، اجتماعی و مدیریتی چه تأثیری بر وضعیت قالی‌بافی در این بخش از منظر قالی‌بافان داشته است. این پژوهش از نوع پژوهش‌های کاربردی با استفاده از روش میدانی (کمّی) از نوع توصیفی ـ تحلیلی است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش 380 نفر از شهروندان‌ بخش چترود است که با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری خوشه‌ای انتخاب شده‌اند. در این پژوهش از دو پرسش‌نامه استاندارد با پایایی 86/0 استفاده شده و برای تجزیه‌و‌تحلیل داده‌ها از نرم‌افزار spss21 و آزمون‌های همبستگی و رگرسیون استفاده شده است. نتایج پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که ‌‌‌مهم‌ترین عوامل رکود صنعت قالی‌بافی در بخش چترود عبارت است از: رشد نامناسب قیمت فرش دست‌باف در مقایسه با ‌‌بهره‌وری کمتر ‌‌فرش‌بافی نسبت‌به دیگر کالاها؛ گرایش خانواده‌ها به دیگر ‌‌فعالیت‌های اقتصادی؛ گرایش روستاییان به سبک، شیوه و فرهنگ زندگی شهرنشینی؛ مشکلات بازاریابی فرش دست‌باف در مقیاس خرد‌ و کلان؛ مهاجرت روستاییان به شهر؛ مشکلات بازاریان فرش دست‌باف در مقیاس خرد و کلان؛ کم‌رنگ شدن سهم زنان در تأمین درآمد خانوار‌‌‌‌. بنابراین، استقرار و حمایت از صنایع کوچک بومی ـ محلی، نظیر فرش‌بافی در مناطق روستایی ‌‌می‌تواند با ایجاد فرصت‌های شغلی متعدد و سطوح دستمزدی قابل‌رقابت با سطح دستمزد شهری، موجب معکوس شدن روند مهاجرت و افزایش میزان اشتغال در بین مردم شود.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Handwoven carpet as an ancient Iranian art-craft and also as a home business has always been of interest and is a source of income for many families. Most carpet weavers live in villages and the carpet industry, as one of the small industries, can play a key role in the development of villages. The purpose of this research is to answer the question of what is the condition of handwoven carpets in Chatroud sector and how economic, cultural, social and managerial variables have affected the situation of the carpet weaving industry in Chatroud sector from the point of view of carpet weavers. This research is an applied research using a descriptive-analytical field method. The statistical population of the research were 380 people from the residents of Chatroud district, who used the purposeful cluster sampling method to study the sample size and distributed two standard questionnaires with a reliability of 0.86. The results of the research show that the most important factors of the recession of the carpet weaving industry in Chatroud are: Inappropriate growth of the price of hand-woven carpets in comparison with the lower productivity of carpet-weaving in comparison with other goods, the tendency of families with other economic activities, the tendency of rural people to the style, way and culture of urban life, the problems of marketing hand-woven carpets on a micro and macro scale, and the migration of villagers to the city.
